Michael is such a great personal trainer. Not only is his knowledge of the body and body chemistry impressive but he's also personable and truly cares about whether or not you're pushing yourself and having fun. Michael is hands down the best trainer in Nashville! He trained me my last semester of medical school from a period of late January to May. This was my first personal training experience and was not sure what to expect but Michael made the transition from never working out to being a regular gym goer effortless. We sat down, I told him what I wanted, and he made it happen. Over the course of late January I went from 190-165 and tacked on muscle as well. Easy to talk to, understanding of scheduling changes, and if you stick to his process it absolutely works and you will see the results you desire! I wish him much success!
