Working with Your Fitness Solutions, LLC has been amazing so far in my experience. Michael is really fun and encouraging to work with and is truly knowledgeable of how best to fit the exercise to the person. His background in kinesiology assists him in developing challenging exercise regimens in sessions, but he is also good at modifying exercises as needed to make sure you are safe as you push to meet his challenges. I am currently recovering from back and shoulder injuries and have seen a considerable return of core strength, muscle toning, shoulder mobility, and increased cardiovascular health since working with him. Michael also sports a great sense of humor, which I personally appreciate in his leadership style.

He gave me a nutrition plan that was incredibly easy to follow and didn’t leave me constantly hungry. He was also very quick to respond any time I had questions or just needed some motivation!
